Meet Janine Davis
Over 20 years serving Metro Detroit families. The only advisor in the area who covers Medicare, Social Security, insurance, home equity, guaranteed income, and estate planning — all under one roof, in one free appointment.
Two decades. Six credentials. One mission.
Janine Davis spent the first part of her career in mathematics and theology — a combination that gave her both the analytical precision to model complex retirement scenarios and the human empathy to understand what's actually at stake when a retiree makes a wrong decision.
Over 20 years ago, she entered the financial services industry and recognized a problem that hasn't changed: most people approaching retirement are served by specialists who only see part of the picture. The Medicare agent doesn't know your Social Security timing. The financial planner doesn't understand home equity tools. Nobody is looking at all six pillars together.
That's why Janine spent years accumulating credentials across every major retirement decision area — not to have letters after her name, but to be the person her clients could call for everything. One trusted advisor. No referrals needed. No gaps.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wayne State University (magna cum laude) and a Master's degree in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary — and she combines both every day in her work with Metro Detroit retirees.

The fragmentation problem — and why Janine built the solution
Most retirement specialists work in silos. Your Medicare agent doesn't know your Social Security plan. Your financial planner doesn't ask about home equity. Your insurance agent doesn't know your pension amount. Nobody is looking at the whole picture.
This fragmentation creates gaps — decisions made in isolation that undermine each other. The right Medicare plan depends on your expected healthcare usage, which relates to your LTC exposure, which affects how much of your home equity you need to preserve. Every pillar connects to every other.
Janine's Six-Pillar Retirement Review is designed to solve this problem. In one 90-minute appointment, she reviews all six areas, identifies where the gaps and conflicts are, and creates a coordinated plan that makes each piece stronger because the others are in place.
The Problem
Six specialists, six separate plans, zero coordination
The typical retiree has a Medicare agent, a financial planner, an estate attorney, possibly a mortgage officer, and nobody who ties it all together. Each professional optimizes for their piece — but no one is looking at the whole.
Janine's Solution
One conversation. All six pillars. Zero gaps.
The free Six-Pillar Retirement Review covers Medicare, Social Security, insurance protection, home equity, guaranteed income, and estate planning — coordinated, in the right order, with the right products for your specific situation.
